It's that time of the year again. Come on out to one of our registration dates listed below and
sign up your football players and chearleaders. We look forward to another great GLM season.

registration checklist to the eligibility director.
NOTE: You child will not be rostered onto a team until full payment is received.

Original Birth Certificate (2 copies for GLM to keep)
2 Proofs of Residency (SDG&E bill, phone bill, etc.) (1 copy for GLM to keep)
Proof of Medical Insurance (2 copies of Policy# or ID#)
Year-End School Report Card (2 copies for GLM to keep)
Recent Picture (1" x 1.5" for GLM to keep)
